Mentorship Program

Welcome to the mentorship program launched by Les Ingénieuses de l’ETS. This pairing program aims to facilitate the social and cultural integration of the new students. It also offers ETS students the opportunity to get involved in the student life by promoting intercultural encounters.

Godmothers are an important resource for the new students. By being present, they participate in welcoming activities, orienting new students to the different resources available at school, sharing tips and tricks and, they can organize activities and outings. The godmothers of this program are involved members of Les Ingénieuses de l’ETS, a social group that aims to create and run a network to promote the integration of women in the field of engineering.

*The mentoring program is specially designed for female students new to ÉTS.

Our Mentors

Hi!, I came to ÉTS to expand my horizons professionally, in particular by doing a masters in health technologies. During my academic journey, I've learned many tips and tricks that I would love to share with others. I consider myself a sociable person, fun, hard-working and empathetic. Oh, and I'm also a big fan of anime. See you soon and I look forward to having you in the family!

When I arrived, I encountered difficulties. The fact that I'm not very social didn't help either. This is why I'm ready to help you and facilitate your integration as best as I can!

Automated Manufacturing Engineering
Hi! I've been at ÉTS for 4 years now and I love my field of study, even though it can be hard at times. I'm quite outgoing and love helping people. One activity I love to do is go for walks and discover new restaurants/shops/cafés and enjoy them with the people around me. I also love organizing events, which is why I joined Les Ingénieuses just over a year ago. I can't wait to accompany you on your university journey and make everything a little less stressful and a little more fun. See you soon!

Construction Engineering
Everyone in my family went in to engineering, so it was an obvious choice for me, but I eventually found a great interest in the field. I wasn't the most sociable and my integration was difficult, but I understood that going at it alone would be impossible. Now, I'm happy to be able to help others save time and avoid the challenges I faced. I am passionate about travelling, discovery and cooking. I'm always up for some good humour and a drink in the evening is always more fun with company!
